Founder, Occupational Therapist & Certified Neuro Specialist

Shireen is a dedicated and highly skilled occupational therapist and certified neuro specialist. 

As the founder of Therability Solutions Inc., she created a platform to educate both the public and healthcare professionals about the invaluable role of occupational therapy. 

Through this work, Shireen advocates for greater awareness, accessibility, and understanding of OT services, helping individuals optimize their functional abilities and improve their quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Shireen enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, and indulging in her favorite food—chicken fried rice.

Linda Agard-Ryan
Registered Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist

Linda is a highly experienced and skilled occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with over 30 years of expertise in occupational therapy and hand rehabilitation. Her deep knowledge, clinical skill, and compassionate approach have helped countless patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.

When you meet Linda, you’re likely to be greeted with a song, a warm smile, or both. 

Outside of the clinic, Linda enjoys spending time with her beloved pets and relaxing by the beach—a place that reflects her calm, uplifting, and positive spirit.

Khadijah Bakharia

Administrative Assistant

Khadijah is the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit the clinic. Her warmth, bright smile, and positive energy bring joy to everyone she interacts with, making patients and visitors feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

She is also a psychology major at the University of the West Indies, bringing curiosity and insight into human behavior that complements her role at the clinic.

Outside of work, Khadijah enjoys watching movies and series, reading, and indulging in her favorite foods—sushi or butter chicken.
